Your Responsibilities:

• Beverage Innovation Concepts: Design craft cocktail recipes, coffee beverages, signature mocktails, and house-made ingredients. Experiment with flavor pairings and modern mixology techniques. Develop comprehensive recipe spec cards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and presentation standards.

• Training & Demonstration: Demonstrate and present new beverage concepts to internal teams, management, and business partners. Host inspiring, interactive workshops and training sessions for staff and partners. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams, as well as external partners, for special events and activations.

• Keeping the Workspace Aesthetic: Maintain a spotless, well-organized, and fully operational workspace at all times.
