As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving the people agenda and supporting business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and talent management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations, employment legislation, and internal policies and procedures.
• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support workforce planning initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies to foster a high-performing culture.
• Manage employee relations matters, providing effective resolution to workplace issues and promoting a positive employee experience.
• Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programmes to enhance organisational capabilities.
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
• Lead organisational change, transformation, and culture-building initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Champion HR best practices while continuously improving HR processes, systems, and employee services.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Manager should have:

• A strong background in human resources management within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in strategic planning and organisational development.

Job Offer

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with strong exposure to strategic and operational HR management.
• Ideally prior experience in the plantation industry or related sectors, such as agribusiness, palm oil, forestry, agriculture, etc.
