Financial Analyst

Job Description

• Conduct Budget vs. Actual analysis and identify key variances, trends, and underlying drivers.

• Perform account reclassification and financial adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and working capital to support business performance evaluation.

• Develop and maintain financial models and business cases to support business planning and decision-making.

• Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, including key financial performance highlights and insights.

• Conduct CAPEX and investment analysis, including financial evaluation and assessment of business viability.

• Develop and maintain management dashboards to provide timely visibility into financial and business performance.

• Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to support management decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with Business Units and other Finance functions to ensure alignment of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

• Prepare, coordinate, and monitor the annual budget, financial forecasts, and financial planning process.

• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and other assignments as required by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.

• Professional certification in Finance or Accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Financial Analysis, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, or a related field.

• Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, financial modeling, cost control, and business case analysis.

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data calculation and analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful and actionable business insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Business Units and cross-functional Finance teams.
