About the role

A well-established café and dining venue in the Uluwatu area is looking for Waiters / Waitresses to join its growing service team. The venue offers an all-day dining experience with a diverse selection of Asian, Indonesian, and European dishes, alongside quality coffee. We are looking for service-oriented individuals who enjoy working with people and take pride in creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar

• Provide menu recommendations and respond to guest requests

• Ensure food and beverages are served according to service standards

• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience

• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas

• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting

• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and other service team members

• Follow restaurant policies, service procedures, and hygiene standards

About you

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar hospitality environment is preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Friendly, attentive, and confident when interacting with guests

• Good command of English

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and coordination skills

• Well-presented, professional, and positive in attitude

• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
