Drafter (Structure, Architectur, Interior, MEP)

PT Star Skykom Indonesia is a company specialized in interior design, construction and building renovation. Located in Neo Soho, West Jakarta.

Looking for Drafter

Qualifications & Experiences

1. Minimum D3/S1 Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field;

2. Proven working experience as Drafter minimum 1 year;

3. Able to speak in English is a MUST. Able to speaking in Mandarin is a plus;

4. Preferably experienced in Design & Build projects and multi-scope coordination;

5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Ms Excel, Revit or other relevant software;

6. Able to prepare structural shop drawings (foundation, sloof, columns, beams, slabs);

7. Able to produce architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations);

8. Experienced in interior drawings (custom/built-in furniture & finishing details);

9. Understand technical drawings for ceiling, flooring, walls, and façade;

10. Basic understanding of MEP drawings:

        - Mechanical (HVAC, ducting, exhaust)

        - Electrical (lighting, panels, cable trays)

        - Plumbing (clean water, wastewater, sanitary)

        - Able to produce shop drawings and basic diagrams;

        - Strong communication skills and time management.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and revise shop drawings (Structural, Architectural, and standard MEP)

2. Produce as-built drawings

3. Adjust drawings based on actual site conditions

4. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Project Managers

5. Prepare drawings for approval, tender, and construction purposes

6. Maintain drawing files in a well-organized and structured manner
