Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our villa team in Ubud, Bali. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of the villa to a high hospitality standard and ensuring every guest enjoys a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, villa areas, and common areas.

• Prepare villas before guest arrival and ensure rooms are guest-ready.

• Change bed linen, towels, and other amenities.

• Perform daily cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitising.

• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor and pool areas when required.

• Check and report damaged items, maintenance issues, or missing amenities.

• Restock housekeeping supplies and guest amenities.

• Handle laundry and linen according to villa procedures.

• Follow villa cleaning standards, SOPs, and hygiene requirements.

• Support the villa team with other housekeeping duties when needed.

About you

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel, villa, or hospitality is preferred.

• Fresh graduates/candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good physical condition and able to perform housekeeping duties.

• Good communication skills.

• Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to the roster.

• Candidates residing in Ubud/Gianyar or nearby areas are preferred.
