Job Description
* Melakukan solution mapping, technical discovery, dan product demonstration kepada calon klien B2B.
* Memahami kebutuhan dan pain points klien serta menerjemahkannya menjadi solusi teknologi yang tepat.
* Menyusun technical proposal, Scope of Work (SoW), system flow, dan dokumentasi teknis.
* Mendukung proses PoC/pilot project dan onboarding klien.
* Menjadi penghubung antara klien, Sales/Marketing, dan Product/Engineering.
Kualifikasi
* Minimal S1 Sistem Informasi / Teknik Informatika.
* Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang Presales, Solution Architect, IT Consultant, atau B2B SaaS.
* Memahami API, Webhooks, Cloud Infrastructure, serta integrasi sistem.
* Mampu melakukan presentasi dan product demonstration kepada klien, termasuk level C-Level.
* Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, dan consultative selling yang baik.
* Menguasai Bahasa Inggris.
