Management Trainee (Future Store Manager)

• About the Role

e+e coffee is looking for future leaders who are passionate about hospitality, people, and business.

This Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future Store Managers and Operations Leaders. Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on experience in store operations, customer service, inventory, purchasing, leadership, and team management.

Previous management experience is not required. We value leadership potential, communication skills, learning ability, and strong character more than years of experience.

• Responsibilities

Complete the Management Trainee development program.

Learn all aspects of daily store operations.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain product quality.

Lead and motivate team members.

Assist in inventory control, purchasing, scheduling, and daily operations.

Solve operational problems and improve store performance.

Build positive relationships with customers and team members.

Prepare for future Store Manager and Operations Management responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Previous work experience is an advantage but not required.

Good spoken and written English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to build positive relationships and handle conflicts professionally.

Leadership potential demonstrated through work, internships, student organizations, volunteer work, church ministry, or other meaningful experiences.

Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Willing to start by learning store operations before taking on management responsibilities.
