IT PROJECT & BUSINESS ANALYST

Capital Life obtained an operating license in the Life Insurance business sector on May 5 2014, No. KEP-32/D.05/2014, from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) of the Republic of Indonesia and registered as a member of the Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI).

• Menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis dan menerjemahkannya menjadi solusi atau kebutuhan sistem.
• Menyusun BRD, flow process, dan dokumentasi kebutuhan user.
• Menjadi penghubung antara user, tim IT, vendor, dan pihak terkait.
• Menyusun dan memonitor timeline, progress, serta deliverables project.
• Melakukan koordinasi dan follow-up atas issue, action plan, dan kendala project.
• Menyiapkan laporan, dokumentasi project, notulen, dan bahan presentasi.
• Membantu proses testing dan UAT serta memastikan kebutuhan user terpenuhi.

• Minimal S1 Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 1–3 tahun sebagai Business Analyst, PMO, System Analyst, atau posisi terkait.
• Memahami analisis kebutuhan bisnis dan dokumentasi seperti BRD serta flow process.
• Memiliki kemampuan SQL untuk melakukan query dan analisis data.
• Mahir Microsoft Excel, termasuk VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, dan pengolahan data.
• Mampu membuat presentasi PowerPoint yang baik dan profesional.
• Memiliki kemampuan analitis, komunikasi, koordinasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
• Memahami dasar project management dan system development menjadi nilai tambah.
• Pengalaman di industri asuransi atau jasa keuangan menjadi nilai tambah.
