We are seeking a Telemetry Account Manager to drive sales and business development activities across Indonesia and Malaysia. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and proposing suitable telemetry and connected vehicle solutions to meet customer needs. The Account Manager will work closely with customers and internal Technical Consultant to understand business requirements, develop sales opportunities, and achieve business targets.
Job Description:
- Initiate and manage telemetry and connected vehicle solutions sales activities and customer engagement.
- Ensure sales performance and effort targets are met monthly, quarterly and annually
- Establish potential new clients, determine their Logistics/Telemetry Solution needs & convert these opportunities into new projects
- Contribute to sales, marketing, and Go-To-Market activities including lead generation, solution presentation, roadshows, and marketing activities
- Manage telemetry, fleet management, telematics, and other enterprise solutions projects successfully as a team upon project award
- Maintain close relationship with existing key accounts to ensure continuing contracts/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with a proven track record of selling telemetry devices, telematics, fleet management systems, IoT or connected vehicle solutions
- Experience covering Indonesia and/or Malaysia markets is a plus
- Having exposure in Logistics and Fleet Management industry sectors
- Technically competent, sales-oriented, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Experience and skill in leads generation activities, campaigns, road shows, and event organizing
- Good understanding of telemetry, telematics, connected vehicle, fleet management, or IoT solutions and the ability to communicate their technical, application, and business benefits to customers
- Good communication and presentation skills in English
