About the role
Responsible for ensuring Activa's social media runs consistently through planning, production, processing, scheduling, publishing, and documentation of member activities. This position is an individual contributor with no direct reports.
Key responsibilities
- Develop content plans and content calendars on a regular basis
- Create ideas and produce photo/video content for social media needs
- Process photo/video assets, including basic editing and writing captions/copy
- Schedule and publish content on feed, reels, and stories
- Manage documentation of member activities, including posting Stories and tagging members
- Sort, organize, and upload photos/videos to Google Drive and distribute them to members according to their training sessions
- Monitor content performance and create simple reports for evaluation purposes
About you
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of work experience in social media/content
- Understanding of Instagram and TikTok usage
- Basic ability to take photos and videos using a smartphone
- Ability to perform basic photo and video editing
- Able to write social media captions and copy with natural language
- Good file organization and digital administration skills
- Comfortable communicating and interacting with members and internal teams
- Willingness to work onsite to document gym activities
- Interest in the fitness, lifestyle, or wellness industry is a plus
- Social media portfolio is a key consideration in the selection process
