Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operational fulfillment, documentation, and team scheduling.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, social media strategies, digital marketing, and overall brand management.
- Review creative output and confidently collaborate with designers and content teams to provide direction.
- Coordinate projects by monitoring timelines, planning research-driven campaigns, and generating detailed reports.
- Drive B2B marketing initiatives and lead generation programs to foster business growth.
- Align multiple departments by acting as the main bridge between creative, operational, and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and managing a marketing team.
- Functional Scope: Proven capability to handle both operational systems and marketing strategies simultaneously.
- Industry Background: Previous experience in advertising, digital media, events, or interactive solutions is highly preferred.
- Core Competencies: Strong project management, client/partner coordination, and excellent team leadership skills.
- Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and fully updated on the latest digital marketing trends.
