About the role
Staff Eng - Maintenance manages all maintenance activities including repair and maintenance of building facilities, machinery, and production infrastructure to support smooth company operations. The role also involves designing tools and production facilities, and conducting engineering qualification on new model Rim and related production process items.
Key responsibilities
Ensure all maintenance activities run smoothly and according to applicable standards
Plan maintenance and repairs for building facilities, machinery, and production infrastructure
Plan and prepare spare parts and equipment needs for repair and maintenance processes
Create work schedules for team members according to their functions
Conduct routine inspections of building facilities and production machinery
Perform repair and maintenance activities according to established schedules
Monitor work processes and results to ensure repairs and maintenance meet standards
Analyze and evaluate damage issues, particularly on production machinery
Create daily, monthly reports and documentation of repair and maintenance activities
Design, create and provide facilities and infrastructure needed for production activities
About you
Minimum education: Diploma 2 or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in engineering and maintenance
Good leadership qualities
Strong capability and understanding of spare parts management
Good capability and understanding of mechanical and electrical industrial machinery
Analytical capability and attention to detail for analyzing problems in engineering design, repair and maintenance
Engineering design capability
Able to operate Computer, Microsoft Office, CAD Software (minimum Autocad 2D)
Good physical and mental health
Able to work to targets and under pressure
