Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts, project budgets, and development cost
tracking.
Conduct financial modeling and feasibility studies for land acquisitions, new
developments, and expansion projects.
Prepare monthly financial reports, management dashboards, and performance
analyses for senior management.
Analyze financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability and
operational efficiency.
Audit, Internal Controls & Forensic Accounting
Conduct financial reviews and apply forensic accounting techniques to investigate
discrepancies and minimize fraud risks.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal controls, accounting
procedures, and financial systems.
Financial Governance
Oversee cash management, reconciliations, disbursement approvals, and financial
control procedures.
Support budget preparation, financial policy development, and cost-control initiatives.
Assist in establishing scalable financial systems and processes to support
organizational growth.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other applicable regulatory
requirements.
Prepare statutory financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory reports.
Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with banks, auditors, and
government agencies.
Monitor loan documentation and compliance with financing agreements.
Specialized Functions
Manage and monitor perpetual-care trust funds for memorial park operations.
Evaluate project profitability, monitor development costs, and recommend cost-saving
initiatives.
Support financial due diligence for property acquisitions and development projects.
