About The Company:
The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is an Japanese Trading Company. Currently, they are looking for Finance Tax Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily finance activities, including payment vouchers, petty cash, sales scrap invoices, and bank/petty cash reconciliation
Coordinate with banks for daily financial operations and maintain daily cash flow monitoring
Prepare e-Faktur and monthly tax payment summaries
Support tax compliance, including transfer pricing documentation, CITR, and DG Form monitoring
Assist with tax audits and provide required supporting documents
Support external audit processes and financial documentation
Other duties as assigned
Process tax-related documentation and filings
Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of financial data
Collaborate with internal departments for financial reporting
Monitor compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
High Conversational English proficiency
1 year of experience as Finance Tax Staff experience handling Coretax and ERP from any industry
Understanding Tax regulations (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-SPT) and financial statement workflows
