- Develop and implement a term-based observation timeline and tailored programs to meet student needs.
- Collaborate in planning and executing prevention programs (e.g., addressing bullying, violence, and safety) through assemblies and personal development initiatives.
- Assess and address diverse learning needs each term through class observations and feedback from teachers and principals.
- Work with the Guidance & Counseling teachers to provide academic, personal, and social development support to students individually and in groups.
- Provide mental health and behavioral counseling for students
- Ensure accurate administration, interpretation, and archiving of student data related to well-being programs.
- Collaborate with the teacher to mediate conflicts between students, parents/guardians, and educators, supporting both academic and non-academic concerns.
- Recommend and assist with intervention programs to address academic, emotional, or social challenges and help students set goals and action plans.
- Facilitate internal workshops and consultation programs to address academic and well-being challenges among teachers.
- Relevant master’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Understanding of child and adolescent psychological development and appropriate intervention approaches.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in speaking and writing.
- Possession of a valid Psychologist’s Practice License (SIPP)
- Prior experience working in school settings, with a solid understanding of educational environments and student needs
