About the role

This role involves creating 3D models and visualizations based on project briefs, concepts, technical drawings, and requirements. You will develop realistic renderings that align with design concepts, manage materials, textures, lighting, and environments, and ensure all outputs meet established quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create 3D models based on brief, concept, technical drawings, or project requirements

• Produce 3D visualizations and renderings with realistic results aligned to concept

• Develop materials, textures, lighting, and environment in designs

• Revise designs based on feedback from team or clients

• Ensure model and rendering results meet established quality standards

• Coordinate with design, architecture, interior, and related teams during project execution

• Prepare 3D files and renderings for presentation, production, and marketing needs

• Manage and organize 3D files, assets, materials, and libraries for reuse

• Follow developments in software, techniques, and latest trends in 3D visualization

• Complete work according to target timelines and established standards

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Design, Architecture, Interior, Multimedia, or related field

• Proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar

• Proficiency in rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Corona Renderer, or similar

• Understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing fundamentals

• Strong visualization ability and design sense

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings or design concepts

• Attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving capability, and ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Portfolio of 3D design work to demonstrate

• Experience in 3D design is a plus
