Business Development Manager
- Location: Latin America (Remote)
- Salary: USD $1,000-$1,500 per month
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST (flexible)
- English Proficiency: Excellent - C2/C1 Level (only English resumes will be reviewed)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote Hire Scout's services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Qualifications:
- 2 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
WFH Set-up Requirements:
- A computer equipped with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or running macOS Ventura or later.
- A wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed, along with a backup internet option.
- A functional noise-canceling headset.
- A high-quality camera for virtual calls.
