Mandarin Translator

Job Summary

Mandarin Translator to support communication between local and China-based teams. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to translate engineering and technical information accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate translation and interpretation between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia during meetings, technical discussions, training sessions, and daily communications.

• Support communication and coordination between local teams and China-Team (Manufacturing, Quality, and Project Management teams)

• Assist Production teams in understanding technical requirements, customer specifications, and production documentation.

• Track project progress, follow up on action items, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

• Prepare and translate presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management.

• Maintain confidentiality of technical information, project data, and company documents.

• Provide administrative and coordination support related to engineering projects as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electronics Engineering, Engineering, Languages, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator or in a manufacturing/engineering support role.

• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.

• Strong understanding of engineering terminology and technical documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and high accuracy.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.
