Job Summary
Mandarin Translator to support communication between local and China-based teams. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to translate engineering and technical information accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate translation and interpretation between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia during meetings, technical discussions, training sessions, and daily communications.
Support communication and coordination between local teams and China-Team (Manufacturing, Quality, and Project Management teams)
Assist Production teams in understanding technical requirements, customer specifications, and production documentation.
Track project progress, follow up on action items, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare and translate presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
Maintain confidentiality of technical information, project data, and company documents.
Provide administrative and coordination support related to engineering projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electronics Engineering, Engineering, Languages, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator or in a manufacturing/engineering support role.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
Strong understanding of engineering terminology and technical documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and high accuracy.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.
