We are hiring on behalf of our client for the role of Finnish Customer Service Agent - Remote/On-site in Greece! In this opportunity, you will be part of a fast-paced team, enjoying flexible working hours, and have the chance to grow within a company that's focused on delivering top-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming chat, mail or phone calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (C1 - C2)
- Very good command of English (B2 – C1)
- Good MS Office skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively..
