Business Development & KOL Partnerships Manager

About the role

OORA Clinic is a next-gen, Korean-inspired skin clinic built for modern Indonesians. We're launching a new category of beauty experiences that combine aesthetics, wellness, storytelling, and technology. We're searching for a Business Development & KOL Partnerships Manager who is hands-on, resourceful, and obsessed with growth. This role blends partnership-building, KOL collaboration, community growth, brand representation, and expansion support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pitch partnership opportunities (gyms, cafés, co-working spaces, wellness studios, fashion brands, clinics, corporates)

• Own the full BD cycle: identify ? reach out ? pitch ? negotiate ? execute ? report

• Create and propose partnership packages (cross-promo, bundles, referral programs, member perks)

• Build community-based growth initiatives (events, workshops, beauty talks, pop-ups)

• Maintain an updated CRM/log of partnership conversations and status

• Source, vet, negotiate, and manage KOLs, micro-influencers, beauty creators, lifestyle influencers

• Create clear KOL briefs and track deliverables

• Evaluate performance: engagement, reach, conversion to bookings, content quality

• Work closely with marketing and performance teams to ensure partnerships drive measurable clinic bookings

• Represent OORA Clinic confidently in meetings, pitches, and community events

About you

• Fluent in English (speaking + writing)

• 4+ years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Influencer/KOL management, Account management, or Beauty/lifestyle marketing

• Highly hands-on, willing to execute tasks end-to-end

• Comfortable with fast-paced, high-growth startup environments

• Resourceful, persistent, confident communicator

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Passion for beauty, aesthetics, wellness, skincare, lifestyle

• Bonus: Experience working with a clinic, beauty brand, or wellness company
