About the role
Manage and develop TikTok Shop as a key account to achieve sales and business targets. You will develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, forecasts, and execution strategies, while planning and executing TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, Double Day, Brand Day, and other platform activities.

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, forecasts, and execution strategies.
Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, Double Day, Brand Day, and other platform activities.
Manage inventory, product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
Develop and optimize Live Streaming, KOL, and Affiliate activities to drive traffic, conversion, and sales.
Monitor and analyze GMV, sales, traffic, conversion, ROI/ROAS, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain and negotiate with TikTok Shop platform teams and external partners to secure business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of TikTok Shop operations and business initiatives.
About you
Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with strong TikTok Shop experience
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, campaigns, live streaming, KOL, and affiliate programs
Strong data analysis and Excel skills, with a result-oriented and commercial mindset
Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
Existing TikTok, KOL, affiliate, or industry network is preferred
