Job Responsibilites
- Assist the Program Manager in handling the technical execution of the Corporate Wellness Program.
- Maintain participant engagement through regular follow-ups.
- Assist in monitoring and managing participant activities.
- Support the processing, organization, and management of participant data.
- Assist the Program Manager in organizing both online and offline health events.
Skill Requirements
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Meticulous (Teliti) and detail-oriented.
- Quick to learn and able to adapt.
- Proactive and takes initiative.
- Good communication skills both Indonesian and English
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Job Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates majoring in health, sports-related studies, management, or administration are preferred.
- An interest in health and wellness is an advantage.
- Willing to travel outside Jakarta with the LIF team when required.
- Willing to work from the office in Hayam Wuruk, Central Jakarta. Applicants who live near the office will be given preference.
- Willing and eager to learn new things.
- Available for a minimum three-month paid internship.
