lslamic & Qur'anic Teacher for Primary School (Substitute)

Insan Cendekia Madani School is an lslamic School that has made various strategic steps to nurture talented graduates from noble characters in the teachings of lslam. Now we are looking for an lslamic & Qur'anic Teacher for Primary School (Substitute) with the following qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in lslamic Education, Qur’an Science & Interpretation, or equivalent.

• Holding a teaching certificate would be preferable.

• Minimum with two years of teaching experience as a Qur’anic Teacher in an English environment.

• Currently not participating as a candidate for Scholarship, Civil Service, or Government Staff selection process (for example CPNS, PPPK, etc) or committed to other parties.

• Having strong knowledge and skills in lslamic, Qur'anic, and Arabic teachings.

• Having experience using Wafa Method for teaching Qur’an will be an advantage.

• Proven self-initiative, creative, and teamwork spirit with an open-minded character. 

• Possess strong lslamic characters.

• Enjoys working with children.

• Digitally literate (Ms. Office and digital learning media).

• Fluent in English, both oral and written will be an advantage.

• Ready to join as soon as possible.

• This is a substitute position with a 3-month contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop complete lesson plans, student assessment strategies, and instructional resources based on students' needs and interests.

• Delivers instructional activities and adjusts them accordingly to ensure students' academic development.

• Works collaboratively with the classroom team to apply the research-based activities within the curriculum implementation.

• Completes regular assessments within the school academic year with multiple assessment evidence from various learning activities.

• Do analysis and evaluation of teaching and learning activities.

• Rate, record, and report student development, progress, and achievement in English.

• Hold parent-teacher conferences throughout the academic year regarding their children's performance.

• Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.

• Maintain an ongoing and comprehensive student profile for each student.

• Completes continuous professional development and applies the knowledge and skills to support instructional activities.

• Provide constant guidance and motivation to students.

• Others: The school may assign other functions to the job when required.
