Health & Safety Supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or other relevant disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Health & Safety/HSE, preferably within the coal mining industry, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Mandatory to hold an active POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.

• AK3 Umum, SMKP Auditor, or other relevant mining safety certifications will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of SMKP Minerba, K3 Mining regulations, Good Mining Practice, and other applicable Indonesian mining regulations.

• Experienced in implementing and monitoring HIRADC/IBPR, JSA, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), and critical control management.

• Experienced in conducting safety inspections, safety patrols, toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and HSE training.

• Capable of conducting incident and accident investigations, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and developing corrective and preventive actions.

• Strong knowledge of emergency response procedures and emergency preparedness in mining operations.

• Able to supervise Health & Safety compliance across operational areas, including pit, hauling roads, heavy equipment, workshop, ROM, and other mining facilities.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, incident statistics, and safety performance reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willing to be based at the mining site in South Kalimantan.
