Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Stock Control.
Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including e-Faktur, e-SPT, and SP2DK handling.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a high level of integrity.
Job Description
Tax Management: Handle monthly and annual tax reporting, including VAT, PPh 21, PPh 25, PPh 29, and Unifikasi, as well as prepare supporting data and responses for tax inquiries, including SP2DK.
Finance (AP & AR): Process vendor payments, issue customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable aging, manage daily cash flow, and perform bank reconciliations.
Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record daily journal entries, maintain general ledgers, perform account reconciliations, and assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
Stock Control: Monitor and maintain inventory records, conduct stock reconciliation, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate inventory reporting.
LKPM Reporting: Prepare and submit LKPM (Investment Activity Report) through the OSS system in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
