3D Art Generalist (Unity)
Role Overview
We are an indie game studio looking for a versatile 3D Art Generalist to own our visual pipeline from asset creation to engine integration. You will bridge the gap between modeling, animation, and in-game implementation inside Unity.
Key Responsibilities
- Modeling & Animation: Create optimized 3D models and keyframe animations for characters, props, and environments.
- Unity Integration: Import, set up, and configure 3D assets, prefab structures, and Animator Controllers inside Unity.
- Visual FX & Lighting: Set up atmospheric lighting, materials/shaders, and build in-game particle effects (VFX).
- Pipeline Optimization: Ensure all visual assets are properly optimized for real-time game performance.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showing 3D modeling, rigging/animation, and Unity scene work.
- Solid experience with Unity’s art tools (Animator, VFX Graph / Particle System, Lighting).
- Proficiency in Blender
