Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join the Grand Delight team in Bali. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant, tropical setting whilst developing your expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand presence across digital platforms, driving engagement, and supporting the company's growth objectives through targeted digital campaigns and compelling social media content.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn

• Creating, curating and publishing engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand guidelines

• Managing and monitoring social media accounts, responding to comments, messages and enquiries in a timely manner

• Analysing social media performance metrics and providing regular reports on engagement, reach and campaign effectiveness

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing initiatives

• Planning and executing paid digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms and search engines

• Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes and best practices in digital marketing

• Supporting the development of influencer partnerships and brand collaborations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of 2-4 years working in digital marketing or social media management roles

• Expertise in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content that drives engagement and brand awareness

• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools, Google Analytics and performance tracking

• Knowledge of paid social media advertising and experience managing digital advertising budgets

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for various digital channels

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software

• Experience with SEO and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) principles and best practices

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ideas and execute them effectively

• Familiarity with content management systems and social media scheduling tools

• A passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Preferred: Experience in hospitality, tourism or lifestyle sectors
