About the role
We are looking for a confident, highly persuasive Direct Booking Sales Specialist to drive direct guest reservations for our villa portfolio in Bali. This is a commission-heavy sales role for someone who knows how to hustle, close rental deals, and bypass traditional OTAs. You will be responsible for actively marketing properties on Facebook, converting WhatsApp leads, conducting on-site viewings, and building a powerful local network of real estate agents to keep our properties fully booked.
Key responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries, negotiate rental rates, close direct booking deals, and secure deposits for short- and long-term stays.
Actively post and market available villas across Facebook groups, local Bali community pages, and targeted social channels.
Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships within local Bali real estate and broker WhatsApp groups to drive agent-referred direct bookings.
Conduct professional in-person villa viewings with potential guests and agents, showcasing property features to close deals on the spot.
Understand Bali market rates, seasonal demand, and villa pricing structures to maximize revenue per booking.
Manage end-to-end booking details, guest agreements, and seamless handovers with on-ground ops and finance teams.
About you
Background in Bali real estate leasing, villa rentals, or high-volume direct sales.
Outstanding English communication skills with an outgoing, persuasive sales approach.
Deep familiarity with Facebook marketing, active engagement in Bali real estate WhatsApp networks, and a strong local network.
Highly motivated by high commission payouts, closing deals, and hitting monthly booking targets.
