About the role
You will play a strategic role in managing, maintaining, and developing a corporate funding portfolio to achieve the company's business growth targets. You will develop and expand new corporate client portfolios through active acquisition and networking, while maintaining strong and professional long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
Develop and expand new corporate client portfolios through active acquisition and networking
Maintain strong and professional long-term relationships with existing corporate clients
Market and offer corporate funding products (such as current accounts, deposits, and other funding instruments) according to client needs
Conduct financial needs analysis for clients and provide competitive and targeted funding solutions
Ensure all acquisition and fund management processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements and company risk management policies
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client transaction services
About you
Minimum S1 education from all majors (preferably Economics, Management, Accounting, or Business)
Minimum 2–4 years of work experience as a Relationship Manager (RM) in Corporate Funding or Institutional Banking in the banking/financial industry
Extensive network of relationships with corporate companies, state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, or foundations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a target achievement orientation
Deep understanding of corporate financial analysis, market conditions, and corporate funding products
Proactive, high initiative, and able to work independently and in teams
