Senior Accounting Specialist (English Speaking)

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and improve financial management standards and accounting workflows; optimize the company’s accounting systems and internal control mechanisms. Organize accounting administration systems, including calculation models, financial auditing, and control procedures.

• Oversee daily accounting operations and verify the accuracy of the accounting team's daily outputs to ensure precise financial records and safeguard company assets.

• Provide financial reports, analysis, and relevant data insights to executive management.

• Stay updated on the latest accounting regulations and tax laws, effectively leveraging applicable tax incentives and policies.

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations within the accounting department and handle other tasks as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of overall accounting experience with at least 1+ years in a senior or management role

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

• Diligent, resilient, and capable of performing well under high-pressure environments.

• Flexible and willing to work overtime (OT) when required.

• IFRS Certification, CA (Chartered Accountant) license is a strong plus.

• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills with high professional ethics and team spirit.

• Well-versed in financial, tax, and auditing regulations; fully capable of managing end-to-end accounting processes, financial statements, and corporate tax filings.
