This role combines client relationship management with deep market understanding, performance analysis, andmarket development strategy. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to Italian operators while identifying opportunities to strengthen our client’s positioning within a highly regulated and competitive environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
? Own and develop relationships with Italian licensed operators
? Manage commercial performance and long-term growth of assigned accounts
? Analyze game performance, player behavior, and market trends in Italy
? Support and optimize game launches, promotions, and portfolio positioning within
ADM regulations
? Identify market opportunities and recommend local market strategies to increase
penetration
? Act as the key liaison between Italian partners and internal teams (Legal,
Compliance, Product, BI)
? Ensure full alignment with Italian regulatory requirements while driving commercial
outcomes
? Prepare performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations
Required Experience & Profile
? 3+ years of experience in iGaming B2B, ideally with exposure to the Italian regulated
market
? Strong understanding of ADM regulation and its impact on game content and
commercialization
? Proven experience in account management, market management, or commercial
strategy
? Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
? Ability to combine relationship management with structured, strategic thinking
