Role Overview
The Sales Lead – Retail & E-Commerce is responsible for driving Duma’s overall sales performance and day-to-day sales operations across both online and offline channels, with a strong focus on Duma’s own website, retail stores and e-commerce.
This role owns sales targets, leads the Sales team, ensures commercial and operational readiness for launches and campaigns, and continuously improves the customer journey across all sales channels.
We are looking for a hands-on commercial leader who combines strong sales judgment, analytical thinking, operational discipline, and people leadership.
The ideal candidate is not only able to identify opportunities and problems, but also able to set priorities, delegate effectively, drive execution, and take ownership of results without requiring constant direction.
