Floor Supervisor
Located in the heart of Canggu, Bali, Santanera is a vibrant dining destination where Latin American flavors meet European influences and the finest local ingredients. Set across an impressive three-story venue, we create unforgettable dining experiences through exceptional food, innovative cocktails, and genuine hospitality.
We are currently looking for a passionate and talented Floor Supervsior to join our growing team.
Qualification:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor, Captain, or similar leadership role in a busy restaurant or hotel; fine dining experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, food & beverage service, and SOP implementation.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, coach, and develop a service team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Confident in handling guest complaints professionally and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Well-groomed, professional appearance, and service-oriented attitude.
Already domiciled in Bali is highly preferred.
Able to join immediately is an advantage
