Position Title:

Talent Acquisition Executive

Working Hours:

5 days, Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Salary:

Up to IDR 4,000.000 + Objective Bonus + other perks

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a recruitment representative for client companies within the outsourcing arrangement.

• Establish and strengthen client partnerships to gain a clear understanding of their staffing needs.

• Interview and assess candidates to determine their suitability for available positions.

• Offer recruitment guidance and relevant labour market information to both clients and candidates.

• Coordinate with internal teams to refine existing approaches and develop better strategies.

• Maintain awareness of current employment laws and regulatory requirements.

• Undertake other assigned duties and ad-hoc projects when necessary.

Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility.

• Able to take initiative, solve problems, and work independently.

• Keen interest in recruitment, talent development, and supporting clients.

• Open-minded, flexible, and willing to continuously learn.

• No previous experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
