Accounting & Tax Asst. Manager/ Manager - Manufacture - Jakarta Timur (C-130160)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in East Jakarta.

• Our client is a Multinational Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager/ Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, Manage & Closing Monthly & yearly report on time such as Financial Statement & etc.

• Responsible for journal and reconciliation of financial data precisely.

• Verify the completeness of the documents requires for financial transactions.

• Correspond with finance department and management, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

• Prepare, organize, develop & control the tax calculation and also payment to all taxes as well as its system payment and reporting of SPT to the tax office via online system.

• Facilitate, manage & deliver a full range of tax services and audits in compliance with laws & regulations within a timeframe while also identifying & mitigating tax risks.

• Manage tax provision & the tax compliance process while also providing efficient, accurate, timely, strategic & innovative tax planning, review complex income tax returns, & all necessary federal & state taxes.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in accounting from reputable university.

• Business Level English proficiency.

• Has min. 10 years of experience as Accounting Tax with 3 years as Supervisor in manufacturing company.

• Proficient in Ms. Office (especially excel) Understand and experience with SAP system and tax system (e-filling, e-billing, and djponline.com).

• Has A, B & C Brevet certificates.

• Quick to adapt, fast learner, Meticulous, attention to detail, high personal discipline, Communicative & detail Oriented.
