Yukerja Summary

The Guest Services Host role at Pad Thai Padel Bali is curated from Glints (category Perhotelan & Pariwisata). Note the work location (Mengwi) before applying. Yukerja.com is not the employer — applications are handled on the official source site.

The mission

Pad Thai Padel Canggu is a lifestyle sports & wellness destination — premium padel courts, curated F&B, and spaces people want to stay in. This is not a front desk job. A receptionist processes people; a host takes care of them. Your job is to make sure no guest ever stands around wondering who to ask, that regulars are greeted by name and first-timers leave feeling like regulars — and that every part of the club plays together as one experience. You don't run the kitchen, the cleaning team, or the coaching program, but when a guest's experience depends on them, you're the one who makes sure it happens.

Welcoming & hosting — the front line

  • Greet every guest personally — players, wellness and coworking visitors, walk-ins. Regulars by name, first-timers with a proper welcome and a tour of how the club works.
  • Own the guest's whole visit, not just their arrival: check in on them between games, anticipate what they need — water, a towel, a fourth player, a table after the match — before they ask.
  • A guest who has to ask twice is a bug, not bad luck. You are the person who makes sure it never happens.
  • Manage guest flow through the club so courts, F&B, and wellness feel effortless — no confusion, no queues, no one left waiting.

Orchestrating the experience — F&B, facilities & coaches

  • The guest experience doesn't end at the welcome — it lives on the courts, at the tables, in the changing rooms. Walk the floor every shift and see the club through the guest's eyes.
  • Work hand-in-hand with F&B so orders land fast, the post-match table is ready, and a guest's favorite drink arrives without being asked for.
  • Coordinate with the cleaning team so courts, changing rooms, and common areas are always guest-ready — spot issues before guests do and get them fixed on the spot.
  • Sync with coaches daily — who's coming in, session handoffs, first-timers to look after — so a guest moves from welcome to warm-up to coaching without a seam.
  • When something breaks the experience — a slow order, a messy court, a double booking — own it end to end: fix it, follow up with the guest personally, and log it so it never happens twice.

The CRM — the club's memory

  • Every meaningful detail goes into the guest's profile: level, preferred courts and times, coach, favorite drink, who they play with, birthdays, past issues. Captured in the system, not just in your head.
  • Use those profiles every day to personalize: greet returning guests with context, prep for the day's bookings before guests arrive, flag VIPs and first-timers to the team.
  • Spot patterns and act on them — a regular who hasn't been in for two weeks gets a friendly message, a first-timer gets a follow-up, a complaint gets closed with a personal touch.
  • Keep the data clean and complete — the CRM is only a superpower if it's true.

Bookings & the daily engine

  • Manage court bookings, schedules, and payments — accurately, quickly, with a smile.
  • Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries about courts, coaching, wellness, and coworking — fast, warm, and never a dead end.
  • Support events, tournaments, and promotions — on event days you're the host of the house.
  • Keep the welcome area immaculate and handle the admin that keeps the club moving.

Who you are

  • A natural host — warm, proactive, service-minded. You notice what people need before they say it, and taking care of guests genuinely energizes you.
  • Indonesian nationality, with strong Bahasa Indonesia and confident conversational English — our guests are a local and international mix.
  • Organized and calm under pressure — you can juggle a full court schedule, a ringing phone, and a walk-in group without anyone feeling rushed.
  • Diplomatic and persistent across departments — you get F&B, cleaning, and coaches pulling in the same direction, nicely, and you always follow through.
  • Comfortable with systems — booking software, CRM, WhatsApp — or quick to learn them. The tools are how you scale your hospitality.
  • Background in hospitality, front office, or guest relations is preferred; an interest in sports and active lifestyle is a plus. Attitude beats CV.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays — that's when the club lives.

How we'll measure success

  • Guest satisfaction — reviews, feedback, and how often guests mention the welcome by name.
  • CRM quality — share of active guests with complete, up-to-date profiles, and personal touches logged per week.
  • Response time — walk-ins greeted within seconds, WhatsApp and email answered within minutes, never hours.
  • Experience standards — courts, changing rooms, and F&B service passing guest-ready checks every shift, and issues closed the same day they're spotted.
  • Repeat visits — first-timers who come back within 30 days.
  • Zero unattended guests — no one waits, no one wonders who to ask.

What we offer

  • A front-row seat at Bali's most ambitious padel and wellness club, part of a brand building toward an Asian circuit.
  • A dynamic, energetic environment with free play and real career growth — guest services is where our future club managers start.
  • Salary of IDR 4,500,000–6,000,000/month depending on experience.
