Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media & TikTok Ads strategies aligned with each brand’s marketing objectives across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Create monthly content plans, campaign ideas, content pillars, and platform strategies for beauty brands.
Lead and actively participate in end-to-end content execution, including content direction, publishing, copywriting, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
Analyze social media insights, audience behavior, campaign performance, and industry trends to optimize growth and engagement.
Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and E-commerce teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with beauty and social media trends while benchmarking competitors to drive innovative content strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
Experienced in content planning, campaign management, social media reporting, and leading creative initiatives.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, platform algorithms, analytics, audience behavior, and social media tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with the ability to translate insights into effective strategies.
Creative, proactive, trend-savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
