Cafe Manager

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma degree from a reputable university in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Food Technology, Food Science, Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager, or in a similar position within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Strong ability to manage overall outlet operations effectively and efficiently.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, develop, coach, and motivate teams.
• Solid understanding of sales management, Profit & Loss (P&L), food cost, beverage cost, and overall operational cost control.
• Strong knowledge of customer service excellence and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Good understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety, sanitation, and product quality standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, with high integrity and discipline.
• Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Office, and operational and sales reporting.
  

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the overall operations of BAKOEL KOFFIE outlets to ensure efficient, effective, and company-standard operations.
• Ensure sales targets, profitability, and outlet productivity are consistently achieved.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, customer service, cleanliness, and overall outlet ambiance.
• Lead, supervise, evaluate, and develop the performance of the entire outlet team.
• Ensure consistent implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor and control food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and other operational expenses in line with company targets.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, raw material utilization, and company assets to ensure operational efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support smooth operations and the successful execution of company initiatives.
• Prepare operational, sales, and outlet performance reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement to management.
