Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of production planning, demand planning, inventory management, and material planning
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willing to be based in Mojokerto, East Java.
Job Description :
Create work plans for production, and warehouse
Analyze production plans by calculating demand data, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other things that have a significant impact to ensure production runs on time and in accordance with demand accurately.
Evaluate, review and establish process standards in the PPIC department so that operations run well and appropriately.
