PLANNER OFFICER – PLANT & MAINTENANCE

Scope Pekerjaan

  1. Menyusun daily, weekly, dan monthly maintenance plan & schedule untuk alat berat dan equipment pendukung operasional pertambangan.

  2. Merencanakan dan memonitor pelaksanaan Preventive Maintenance (PM), Periodic Service (PS), Corrective Maintenance, dan Component Replacement berdasarkan Hour Meter (HM) dan kondisi unit.

  3. Melakukan monitoring maintenance plan vs actual, breakdown, downtime, dan maintenance backlog serta memastikan tindak lanjut pekerjaan.

  4. Memonitor dan menganalisis performa alat berdasarkan Physical Availability (PA), Mechanical Availability (MA), MTBF, dan MTTR.

  5. Menyusun dan memperbarui maintenance history, equipment database, dan component lifetime setiap unit.

  6. Merencanakan serta memonitor kebutuhan spare parts, component, lubricant, dan consumable sesuai maintenance schedule.

  7. Berkoordinasi dengan tim Maintenance, Operation, Warehouse, dan Procurement untuk memastikan kesiapan unit, manpower, serta material maintenance.

  8. Menyusun laporan maintenance harian, mingguan, dan bulanan sebagai bahan evaluasi performa dan reliability alat.

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Otomotif atau jurusan yang relevan.

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Maintenance Planner/Plant Planner di industri pertambangan.

  • Memahami sistem maintenance dan periodic service alat berat, termasuk preventive dan corrective maintenance.

  • Memahami parameter PA, MA, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, dan equipment performance.

  • Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan mampu melakukan pengolahan serta analisis data maintenance.

  • Memiliki kemampuan planning, analytical thinking, problem solving, dan koordinasi yang baik.

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di site dan bekerja dengan sistem roster.
