We are looking for a Multimedia Production Manager who can transform business goals into effective visual communication strategies. This role is not just about producing videos, designs, or event materials. It is about understanding what the business is trying to achieve, determining the most impactful visual approach, and leading the execution to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Understand business and marketing goals, then decide the best visual approach to achieve them across campaigns, events, branches, and other customer touchpoints.

• Plan and lead the production of visual materials, including videos, photography, designs, presentations, event branding, and digital content.

• Ensure all visual materials are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.

• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines to ensure work is delivered on time.

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and business leaders to support company goals through effective visual communication.

• Review campaign and content performance, then improve future visual materials based on insights and results.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the multimedia team to deliver strong work and continuously improve their skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to understand business goals and turn them into effective visual solutions.

• Experience leading multimedia projects involving design, photography, videography, and content production.

• Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.

• Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable leading others while remaining hands-on when needed.

• Ability to use data and feedback to improve the effectiveness of visual communication.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in multimedia production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
